3. Service Overview
Bereka Bites is a food delivery platform connecting customers with various restaurants. Our role is to facilitate the ordering and delivery of food items from restaurants to customers.
4. Order Placement and Confirmation
By placing an order through Bereka Bites, you:

Confirm and agree to pay for the order and the associated delivery fee.

Agree to be present at the delivery address you provided at the time of placing the order.
5. Payments
Given the cash-based nature of the Zimbabwean economy, payments for orders and delivery fees can be made in cash upon delivery. Other payment methods may be available as listed on our platform. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your order.
6. Delivery
We strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. You are responsible for being available at the delivery address to receive your order.
7. Restaurant Responsibility
Bereka Bites does not take ownership of or responsibility for the quality or condition of the meals provided by the restaurants. Any issues or complaints regarding the meal should be directed to the respective restaurant. However, Bereka Bites will attempt to mediate and resolve issues to the best of our ability.
8. User Conduct
By using Bereka Bites, you agree not to:

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bereka Bites and Bereka Investments (Private) Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our service.
10. Mistakes and Corrections
If there is an issue with your order that is determined to be the fault of Bereka Bites, we will take steps to rectify the situation to the best of our ability. This may include redelivery or a refund, as appropriate. If the issue is related to the restaurant's performance, we will assist in facilitating a resolution but cannot guarantee outcomes.

Bereka Bites reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our service constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zimbabwe.
